Cashback is calculated as 3% of your product value before VAT. Shipping fees and the cash on delivery fee are not included in the calculation.
A worked example
You buy a product listed at 79.01 including VAT.
Product value before VAT
SAR 68.70
Cashback
68.70 × 3% = SAR 2.06
Another example
An order with a pre VAT product value of 1,546.96 earns SAR 46.41 in cashback.
Why we explain this
We explain the method openly so you know exactly what you are getting. Because the calculation runs on the pre VAT price, your cashback works out slightly below 3% of the amount you actually paid.
