When you pay cash on delivery there is no card or account for us to send the money back to. So your refund is added as store credit in your wallet.
The credit appears in your account within one business day of your return reaching us and passing inspection, and you can use it straight away on any product.
What store credit gives you
It never expires and stays in your account until you use it
It works on any product in the store
If the new product costs more, you pay only the difference
Please note that store credit is spent inside the store only and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to a bank account.
As usual, the original 25 shipping fee and the 15 cash on delivery fee are deducted from the credit if you are returning by choice. If the return is due to a mistake on our side, the full amount is credited.
