Our published delivery windows stay the same during peak seasons, but the chance of a delay outside Jeddah goes up.
During busy periods such as Ramadan, both Eids, National Day, Founding Day, White Friday and back to school, shipment volumes across the Kingdom rise sharply, and carriers face pressure that can push some deliveries out by a day or more.
In Jeddah
Delivery is unaffected, because we rely on our own delivery team rather than a shipping company. Same day delivery stays available for orders confirmed before 6 PM, throughout the season and on the occasion itself.
Outside Jeddah
The published windows still apply — 2 to 3 business days for Makkah, Taif, Yanbu and Madinah, and 3 to 5 business days for other cities — with the possibility of extra delay from carrier congestion.
For this reason we recommend placing your order early if you want it in hand before a specific occasion.
