Radio control systems operate on the wide 2.4GHz frequency range, using multiple frequencies in a specific order. This frequency works differently from older fixed-frequency crystal systems, and this latest version uses DSS (Dynamic Spread Spectrum). DSS does not transmit on a single frequency but uses multiple controlled frequencies in a regulated method.
It also includes automatic return, return to home function. While the drone is flying, if control is lost, press the assist button once and the drone will fly back until the pilot touches any of the sticks again, then the mode is automatically deactivated and control returns normally. It will not land on its own or automatically return to the launch point.
Lithium Polymer (Li-Po) rechargeable battery. It is generally made of multiple identical secondary cells in parallel to increase discharge capacity and is usually available in series “packs” to increase total voltage. Each Li-Po cell has a nominal voltage of 3.7V. Never discharge below 3.0V per cell. Slow charging is recommended for longer battery life for multi-cell batteries, and a balance charger is required. If not used for a period of time, it should be stored at 75% charge.
