What is deducted depends on why and when you are returning:
Cancelling before shipping
Nothing is deducted. You get the product value, the shipping fee and the cash on delivery fee back in full.
Returning after delivery by choice
The product value is refunded. The original 25 shipping fee and the 15 cash on delivery fee are not refundable, since those services were already provided.
Refusing the parcel or cancelling after shipping
SAR 37.5 is deducted — the original 25 shipping fee plus 12.5, which is half the 25 return shipping cost.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Nothing at all is deducted. We refund everything you paid including the shipping fee, and cover the return costs in full.
In every case we tell you the exact amount coming back before we start, so there are no surprises.
