You have two options
Exchange it for another product from the store
Take the value as store credit in your account, to use whenever you like, with no expiry date
The original shipping fee is deducted from the value, and the usual return conditions apply: the product must be unused and in its original box with all its accessories.
Please note that a gift's value cannot be refunded in cash, or sent to any bank account other than the original buyer's. This is a security measure that protects the buyer.
