Your wallet is a balance inside your store account that you can spend on any product.
When does credit get added?
Cashback
3% of every order, added once it is delivered to you
When you exchange a product, its value goes into your wallet so you can choose freely
When you return an order you paid for cash on delivery
When you return a gift you received, its value is added to your account
How do I use it? Your balance shows at checkout and is applied to the total automatically. If your order costs more than your balance you pay the difference by any payment method, and if it costs less the remainder stays in your wallet.
Does it expire? It depends on where the credit came from. Cashback is valid for 60 days from the date of the order that earned it. Credit from an exchange or a refund stays in your account with no expiry date until you use it.
You can view your balance and any expiry dates on the wallet page in your account.
Please note that store credit is spent inside the store only. It cannot be converted to cash, moved to a bank account, or transferred to another customer.
