A refund goes through two stages, and the timing is the same in every case:
Our processing
One business day at most. It starts when we confirm your cancellation if the order has not shipped, or when your returned product reaches us and passes inspection
Reaching your account
Up to 14 business days after processing. That part depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control
Where the money goes back
The money returns to the same method you paid with. If you paid by mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or STC Pay, it goes back to that same card or wallet.
If your refund is late
