In most cases you pay nothing for return shipping, because we issue the label and cover the cost.
Return shipping is free when
You return a product within the available window
Your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered
You bring a branch collected order back to the same branch yourself
You cover the return cost when
You refuse the parcel or cancel after shipping, where half the cost, 12.5, is deducted
You return or exchange a costume for a reason of your own, where you cover shipping both ways
You ask for a courier to collect an order you picked up from a branch
One important note: the original 25 shipping fee you paid to have the order delivered is not refundable when you return by choice, even when the return shipping itself is free.
