Legal Eligibility and Account Usage:

Copyrights and Trademarks: All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, data, and software ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Baby Story for Trading or its suppliers or licensors, and is protected by local and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for the sole purpose of shopping and purchasing products for personal use.
Restrictions: Any other use of the Platform or its content, including copying, distributing, modifying, publishing, re-broadcasting, or creating derivative works therefrom for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited without our explicit prior written permission.
Product Display and Availability:
Products displayed on the Platform are for personal use or for gifting only, and their sale or resale is strictly prohibited.
All orders are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and cancel your order with a full refund of the amount paid.
The design of the external packaging of the received product may differ from its image in the store due to updates from the manufacturer, and we guarantee that the product content remains the same.
Order Acceptance and Contract Formation:
Your order for products is considered an offer to purchase. You will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order, but this email does not constitute final acceptance of it.
The sales contract between you and us is completed and becomes binding upon our acceptance of the order and shipment of the products to you, at which point you will receive a second email confirming the shipment of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: inaccurate product and pricing information, inability to obtain payment authorization, shipping restrictions, or the product not meeting our quality standards.
Pricing and Payment Policy:
Prices displayed on the Platform include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Tax Number: 310391153900003).
In the event of discovering an error in the pricing of a product within your order, we will inform you. We will not be obligated to fulfill an order at an incorrect price, and we reserve the right to cancel it even if payment has been made, with a full refund.
All credit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from the issuer's refusal to authorize payment.
You confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you are authorized to use it.
Delivery Policy:
Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are delivered via a third party (shipping company).
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 business days from the order confirmation date at maximum. For full terms and procedures related to our shipping and delivery policy, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy page.
Delivery fees (and cash on delivery fees, if any) are added separately to the total order value. Cash on delivery fees are non-refundable in case of shipment return.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.
Customs Duties and International Shipping:
For international shipments (if any), the amount you pay to the store covers the value of the products and shipping fees only. You, as the importer, bear full responsibility for any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country's authorities.
Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy:

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact customer service at (0503034958). We will do our best to cancel it unless it has already been prepared for shipment.
Offers and Discount Coupons:
All promotional offers and discount coupons are subject to specific conditions which are clarified with each offer. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time. Some discounts cannot be combined with each other, and this will be clarified in the offer terms.

The Platform may contain links to websites or content owned by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control the content of these sites, do not endorse them, and assume no responsibility for them or for any damage that may arise from your use of them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby Story for Trading will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or the purchase of any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Baby Story for Trading, its employees, directors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it amicably.
If amicable resolution is not possible, any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
General Provisions:
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other published policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Baby Story for Trading.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Non-Waiver: Our delay or failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Customer Rights and Termination of Use:
You have the right to request the deletion of your account with us. If there is a previous order history, the account will be suspended instead of being completely deleted to retain financial transaction records for legal purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform if you breach this Agreement or if your conduct harms our interests.
