Your cashback is added to your wallet once your order status changes to Delivered, and you receive an email notification letting you know.
Why it does not appear instantly
That is why the credit does not appear the moment you order, but after it actually reaches you. So the wait depends on delivery time to your city — 2 to 5 business days outside Jeddah, and same day inside Jeddah.
How to follow your balance
You can follow your order status any time from the My Orders page, and your balance from your wallet page.
If your credit has not appeared
If your order shows as delivered and the credit has not appeared after one business day, message us on WhatsApp at +966 50 303 4958 with your order number and we will look into it.
