How we reach you
Our shipping partners cover most areas of the Kingdom. In the limited cases where a carrier classifies your area as remote, we use one of two approaches:
We send you a link to pin your exact location so the courier can reach you directly
Or we deliver the parcel to the nearest carrier branch in your area and let you know so you can collect it
