5. Will everything in my order arrive together?

We do our best to combine everything into one shipment so it all reaches you at once.

There is one case where part of your order is packed separately: when it includes an unusually large item or something heavier than 17 kg. We then pack that item on its own to protect it and the rest of your order.

Your order still arrives complete at the same time

The split is about packaging, not delivery timing. And if the size of an item calls for a special delivery arrangement, our team contacts you beforehand to coordinate it with you.

You will never pay extra because of a split. The shipping fee stays at 25 for the whole order, no matter how many boxes it takes.
