1. What is the story of "A Child's Tale"? What makes you special?

"Child's Tale" was born from our passion for providing a rich and enjoyable childhood experience. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing toys and products that are not only entertaining but also safe, educational, and help develop children's skills. We carefully select each item and ensure that every story that begins in our store is a happy one.

2. Are all the products in “Child’s Tale” 100% original?

Yes, absolutely. Authenticity is the cornerstone of our business. We are authorized agents and distributors of the world's most famous brands, and we deal directly with trusted sources to ensure that every product you receive is 100% authentic and of the highest quality standards.

3. I am looking for international brands, do you offer them?

Yes, we proudly offer a wide range of the world's most popular brands trusted by parents and loved by kids, such as LEGO, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Melissa and Doug, and many more. You can use the search bar at the top of the page to find your favorite brand.

4. How do you select games and products for your store?

We have a specialized team that follows precise standards for product selection, the most important of which are:

- Safety: The materials used in its manufacture are completely safe for children.

- Educational and developmental value: The game contributes to developing the child’s mental or motor skills.

- Quality and Durability: Designed to last and withstand the nature of children's play.

5. How can I know the product details and contents?

Each product on our website has its own "Description" section, where you'll find a detailed explanation of the product's specifications, contents, any accessories it comes with, and its appropriate age.

6. A product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

We're constantly working to restock out-of-stock products. The best way to find out is by using the "Add to Favorites" or "Notify me when available" features on the product page, and we'll notify you as soon as they're back in stock.

7. Do you have branches where I can purchase from? What are the branch addresses?

Yes, we have three branches in Jeddah. To view the locations of these branches, please visit the Hekayat Child branches page below.

8. Is Child's Tale a reliable site?

Yes, it is available on the Ma'arouf platform (one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment). You can view it through the link below.

Section Two: Shipping and Delivery

Everything related to your order's arrival. For detailed answers on each case, we've created a comprehensive page.

9. From the moment I confirm my order, when can I expect to receive my shipment?

The total time it takes to receive your order depends on the processing time and the delivery time to your city.

- Within Jeddah: We offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 6:00 PM.

Outside Jeddah: Orders confirmed before 11:00 PM will be processed and delivered to the shipping company on the same day, arriving within 2 to 5 business days depending on your city.

10. How much does shipping cost and is free shipping available?

The shipping fee is a flat rate of 28.75 to all regions of the Kingdom. We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over 399.

11. How do I know where my shipment is now?

Once your order is delivered to the shipping company (outside Jeddah), we'll send you a notification via WhatsApp and email containing a direct link and tracking number. For Jeddah orders, you can track the "Delivering" status through the "My Orders" page in your account.

Section Three: Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind or encounter any problems, our policy is clear and flexible.

13. How long is the period available for a return or exchange after receiving my order?

We provide you with complete flexibility as you wish:

- For return (refund): You can request a return within 3 days from the date you receive the product.

- For exchange (for another product or credit): You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

14. What are the most important conditions for accepting a product return?

To ensure your order is accepted, the basic condition is that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging that has not been opened or damaged.

15. I received a product that is defective or different from what I ordered. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any errors. In such cases, please contact customer service directly within 3 days. We will be fully responsible for the costs of returning the incorrect product and sending you the correct one.

16. I have other questions about returning or exchanging a product. Where can I find details?

You can edit your name, mobile number, or password at any time. Simply log in to "My Account," select "Profile," and click the field you want to edit.

18. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Yes, it is possible, and it depends on the order status. We have explained all the conditions and the costs involved (if any) in detail on the "Shipping and Delivery Policy" page (modifications and cancellations before shipping) and the "Exchange and Return Policy" page (cancellations after shipping).

19. Is shopping and paying through the “Child’s Tale” website safe?

Yes, it's 100% secure. We use the latest secure secure encryption (SSL) technology to protect your data, and we do not store any of your credit card information on our systems. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

20. What payment methods are available?

We offer all your preferred payment methods: Mada, credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, STC Pay, and cash on delivery.

21. Does the displayed price include VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on the website are final and include VAT. You won't be surprised by any additional charges upon checkout.

22. I encountered a problem while paying with my card. What is the reason?

Typically, the reason may be that your bank has not activated the online purchase feature, or that you entered some of your card information incorrectly. Please double-check your information and try again, or contact your bank. If the problem persists, our customer service team is ready to assist you.

23. How do I use the discount coupon?

Simply add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. You'll find a box for the "discount code." Enter the code and click "Apply."

24. The discount coupon does not work with some products, why?

Discount coupons typically do not include products in the offers or sales section, as they are already discounted. More than one discount cannot be combined on the same product.

25. I entered the coupon and a message appeared that it has expired. What should I do?

Please ensure you type the code correctly (not just copy and paste), and check the coupon's expiration date. If you're sure the coupon is valid and it still doesn't work, please contact customer service directly for assistance.
