In Jeddah
We deliver all seven days of the week, since delivery is handled directly by the Baby Story team.
Outside Jeddah
Delivery runs through our shipping partners from Saturday to Thursday. Friday is their official day off, along with public holidays in the Kingdom.
So when we mention a window like 3 to 5 business days, we mean Saturday through Thursday, excluding Fridays and public holidays.
Our fulfilment team works throughout the week so your order is never held up, and our customer care team is available every day from 9 AM to 11 PM, Fridays and Saturdays included.
