4. How do I redeem my points for a discount?

Redeeming happens on the cart page before you check out:

1. Sign in to your account — points are tied to your account and will not appear without it

2. Add your products to the cart and go to the cart page

3. Press Redeem points

4. Choose the voucher you want from the list, as long as your balance covers it

5. The discount code is applied automatically to your cart total

Once redeemed, the points come off your balance and the discount appears straight away in your order summary.

Worth knowing

The 299 free shipping threshold is calculated after the discount. So if your cart drops below that once the voucher applies, the 25 shipping fee is added. Keep an eye on the final total before paying.
