6. Do my points expire?

Yes. Your points are valid for 180 days from the date you earn them.

A reminder before they expire

And because we would rather you did not lose what you have collected, we send you a reminder 14 days before your points expire, giving you time to redeem them.

Where to see expiry dates

Each batch of points has its own expiry date counted from the day you earned it, and you can see those dates in your points history under My Account then Loyalty.

A practical tip

If your points are close to expiring and your balance has not reached the voucher you were aiming for, redeem what is available rather than letting them lapse. A 20 voucher in hand beats a 50 one you miss.
