Cash on delivery is an added convenience, and it carries a fee of SAR 15 including VAT.
The fee is added to your order total separately from shipping, and it still applies even when you qualify for free shipping over 299, because it is a separate service charge.
To avoid it
Choose any electronic payment method at checkout: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby or Tamara. None of them carry an extra fee.
And if you have already placed a cash on delivery order and would rather pay electronically, message us on WhatsApp at +966 50 303 4958. We will send you a secure payment link and the fee is removed.
Please note this fee is not refundable on returns, since the service has already been provided.
