Your tax invoice reaches you automatically once your order is placed. You do not need to request it:
By email to the address on your order
On your order details page in your account, where you can view or download it any time
The invoice carries our tax number, your full order details and the VAT amount.
If your order is a gift
Rest assured: the invoice goes to you alone as the buyer. We never place a paper invoice inside the box, and the recipient sees no price information at all.
If you cannot find the invoice in your inbox, check your spam folder first, then message us on WhatsApp at +966 50 303 4958 and we will resend it.
