We choose the right carrier for each parcel based on its destination and size, so it reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Inside Jeddah, our own Baby Story delivery team handles your order personally.

And if anything goes wrong with a delivery, reach out to us rather than the carrier. We follow it up with them on your behalf until your order is in your hands.
