Carrier systems do not currently allow booking a fixed day and time in advance, because each courier plans the daily route around their area and parcel load.
Arranging a time with the courier
In practice it is simpler than it sounds: the courier calls you ahead of arrival so you can agree on a time that suits you during the day. If the timing does not work, you can arrange another day with them or a convenient nearby location.
Special requests
And if you have a specific need, such as receiving a gift before a certain occasion, let our customer care team know when you order and we will do our best to arrange it.
