For your return to be accepted, the product must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original box intact and not torn or opened in a way that damages it
Complete with all accessories manuals and extra pieces
What counts as the original packaging
We mean the product's own box, the one the manufacturer designed for the toy. The outer shipping carton we used to deliver your order is not required, and you can safely dispose of it.
Inspection on arrival
When the product reaches us we inspect it against these conditions before processing your refund. So if you are unsure whether you want to keep something, open the box carefully.
